Two troubled humans a white woman & a black man meet under unusual circumstances. Somebody stole the woman’s bag a week ago. The bag contains her most precious possessions, her personal diary & a DVD that has the voice recording of her dying mother’s message to her. The finder of the bag is a decorated soldier, a black man who despite a college degree & medals of valor finds his life in a cesspool of psychological torment.
