Mitch Rapp, the CIA’s top operative, searches for a high-level mole with the power to rewrite the world order in this riveting thriller from #1 New York Times bestselling author Vince Flynn, written by Kyle Mills.

Mitch Rapp has worked for a number of presidents over his career, but Anthony Cook is unlike any he’s encountered before. Cunning and autocratic, he feels no loyalty to America’s institutions and is distrustful of the influence Rapp and CIA director Irene Kennedy have in Washington.

When Kennedy discovers evidence of a mole scouring the Agency’s database for sensitive information on Nicholas Ward, the world’s first trillionaire, she assigns Rapp the task of protecting him. In doing so, he finds himself walking an impossible tightrope: Keep the man alive, but also use him as bait to uncover a traitor who has seemingly unlimited access to government secrets.

As the attacks on Ward become increasingly dire, Rapp and Kennedy are dragged into a world where the lines between governments, multinational corporations, and the hyper-wealthy fade. An environment in which liberty, nationality, and loyalty are meaningless. Only the pursuit of power remains.

As “one of the best thriller writers on the planet” (The Real Book Spy), Kyle Mills has created another suspenseful read that not only echoes the America of today, but also offers a glimpse into its possible future.

  • Missing the action I typically like in a Mitch Rapp series

    By DwayneAZ
…was a little too heavy in the semantics of an ever changing geopolitical landscape. Call me a caveman, but I prefer reading about Mitch doing bada$$ things instead.
  • Welcome Back!

It was good to see the Mitch Rapp and crew I remembered. I do believe our author has settled in.
  • Ending sucked!

    By Roma27
The book was good, one of the best since Vince Flynn died. That is, it was good until the end. It’s hard to explain without spoiling it for everyone. First, the plot twist sucked, big time! Second, it’s like they reached the word limit and said this is it. This is where it ends. Just abrupt! And the editor(s) said this will do. There wasn’t even a cliffhanger or a tease if the plan is to write another book following this story. It’s like a joke without the punch line.

A sobering and chilling forecast of the future. I look forward to the next novel to see how the forecast begins to play out.
  • Mitch in character

Thank you Kyle for keeping Mitch and Irene true to their characters. Very interesting geopolitical perspective. Will be pondering it for days. Can’t wait for the next installment to find out how Things turn out with the New Preseident and his wife.
  • Latest Mitch rapp

Really really disappointed with the storyline around mike Nash. Prior history indicates a strong character and not one that would follow the path in this story. Other paths were more likely and this appears to be weak story writing. Big disappointment.
  • Phenomenal

As with the other books in the Mitch Rapp series, Enemy at the Gates delivers a heart pounding, action packed thriller. This one really makes you think…..
  • Great book

    By Cardsharkmike
Great read. Even though some of the twists and turns were obvious - it is what I like in a Mitch Rapp book.
  • Never fails to Entertain

Apocolyptic yet sophisticated. But slightly more so than in the past.
  • Idiotic

So you build up the patriot Mike Nash for years and get us to love him, then decide he is a traitor who tries to kill off his best friends and neighbors? Come on. Doesn’t even fly. Horrible.
