The US federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) is warning employers that they will be held liable for any damage to their employees' health if they are required to be vaccinated against Covid-19. This could become a tricky issue in Europe as well, since the government has rejected all government liability in advance and put it on the plate of health care providers. If in the end no agency wants to take responsibility, then in view of human rights these vaccinations cannot possibly be directly or indirectly made a condition for getting or having a job, or access to buildings and events, as is now the intention.
If a U.S. worker is forced to be injected with these experimental mRNA gene therapies packaged as "vaccines" and is subsequently blinded or paralyzed, or even dies, this injury will be considered "work related," which will make his employer liable. The guidelines also state that employers are required to record (serious) side effects and adverse reactions following Covid vaccinations in their employees.
