A short story set in a place and time that isn’t ours, but it feels close to home anyway. The people are the same. Just the names and places are different.

Loved this short story that provides the background on Fred Johnson. Wish it would have just been added into book one, but still great nonetheless! Worth the quick read.
  • Satisfying Enough

Got enough context about Fred Johnson from the show, but it’s nice to get the rest fleshed out from the authors, even though it is short and feels a little cash-grabby.
  • Loved the story, short for $3

Yep, it says how many pages it is before you buy it, not claiming that there’s anything nefarious going on, just greed. Really fun read though!

The expanse is awesome and reading a backstory on any of these characters is great. For $2 you can't go wrong
