Description

The visions could destroy her. But they might help him catch a killer…
Shunned and ridiculed all her life for something she can’t control, Samantha Blair
hides her psychic abilities. She lives on the fringes of society – until drawn out.

Against her will, she taps into a killer’s victims. Each woman’s murder, blow-by-blow,
ravages her mind until their death finally releases her. Sam goes to the authorities,
but will the rugged, no-nonsense detective in charge of tracking down the killer want
anything to do with her?

Detective Brandt Sutherland only trusts hard evidence. Yet Sam’s visions offer clues
he needs. Desperately. He learns they come at a terrible price though. And the more
he discovers about her abilities, the more worried he gets. Her visions threaten the
killer.

Danger and desire collide. And now Brandt must play a deadly game he dare not
lose. If he does, Sam won’t have a vision of the next murder.

She’ll be the victim…

Another good story that gad no cursing or x-rated sex scenes. The good guys win but sad so many killed. Would be nice if there were less evil around us.

I had to take breaks from reading because the material is dark and tragic. Had me on the edge of my seat. Poor Sam, her “gift” was more like a curse. Tough to read, when dogs are in harms way. Even if it’s just a story and not true. Anyone who hurts or abuses dogs deserve a dirt nap.

A child shifted from one foster home to another, she had a gift, and others as well as herself could not explain or control it. She was shunned, ridicule even by the police. Till a detective was brought in to get a handle on the woman being killed in that area, and to find if it was it a serial killer. She had to go to the police her dreams told her of things that may help the investigation, especially the ring. The ring information brought Brandt into Sam’s life. As well as her past and danger. A chance of falling asleep, he saw what she went through. He got in touch with a friend another psychic that could help her, she needed to control her life. The parts with her and her dreams. were too much and graphic Otherwise it was interesting of Sam opening up her life to love and other people.
