Well at least I’ll save myself the pain of 3 more cliffhangers and the finale. I just completed a 9.5 book series (and have pre-ordered book 10) where I could have ended at any time but each complete story was compelling enough to keep me enthralled. This story had potential and I would have given a higher rating noting only minor nit picks but, and this is my opinion not me stating facts about the author, when you need to end a story with this kind of cliffhanger it makes me think you aren’t sure you will get the continued follow up from your readers. Again just my opinion and as such when I read a book that ends like this that’s where my purchases stop.

Probably the worst book I have ever read, including the free books my 1 year old gets from the pediatrician. If I had to read one more “i lick my lips” I would have had to stab my eyes out. Literally the author’s favorite sentence. Getting attacked? Lick your lips. In an argument? Lick your lips. Recording a video? Lick your lips. Seriously, don’t even bother
  • Underwhelming & poorly written

The weirdest book I’ve ever read. Had potential to be a great read but the plot was all over the place and unclear, the characters all unlike-able, all the conflicts were random and rush. Overall not worth the time I spent reading this, which was admittedly not long since it’s relatively short but yeah 2/10 would not recommend.

This is a fun and fast read, but it’s so much like another book series I have read, that I can guess what will happen next.

It was good I couldn’t put it done but I felt like something was missing like I needed a little more substance for example the whole book takes course over 1 week and she is struggling with all the emotions of what’s going on and then at the end she’s all of a sudden so courageous and bold I dunno it’s just a little hard to believe

The plot is very good but the toss between tenses doesn’t make any sense. This is definitely written by someone who didn’t have the highest marks in grammar or Language Arts. Hopefully, she uses my 2.99 to help fund going back to school.
