Description

Loss.
Pain.
Betrayal.
Many mate bonds would not have survived. And Dillon and Tanya Jacobs' bond barely did. Dillon's choices almost destroyed their relationship before it ever began.
Would Dillon change those choices?
He couldn't. Because they led to his daughter, Jacque, who was to become mate to the strongest alpha to ever live.
But the trials that grew from Dillon's choices won't be easily passed. To make it through the trials to come, Dillon and Tanya will need each other. Every betrayal will require an equal measure of forgiveness. All the pain will require perseverance. Every loss will be met with redemption. Will Tanya and Dillon come out stronger on the other side? Or will Dillon's mistakes haunt him forever? Amidst the pain of separating from Jacque's mother and the discovery of his true mate, Dillon will face a challenge he never expected. A challenge that could thrust him into the leadership of his own pack, or end him forever.

This book gave us a great look into the past lives of two characters that played a background part in the older books… BUT without their past actions the future of the main characters would’ve been completely different.

I started this series in 2014 at the age of 12. I read all the books that had been released at the time then fell out of my reading stage. In May of this year I decided to reread books that I loved as a kid (I’m now 21) to see if I still loved them. These books got so much better with age! In the last 3 months I’ve read all 27 books in the GWS and the GHS and I cannot wait for more to be released. These books have given me a place to escape reality and made me love reading again. I feel I relate most to Jen but have loved every character introduced in the pack. I’ve cried, laughed, screamed, grieved and loved while reading this amazing series. I hope there are so many more to come because these characters deserve nothing but a great ending. Thank you for your creation that I will continue to follow and reread every few years.

If you've been around this series for a while, then you already know who Dillon and Tanya are. If you don't, let me tell you. Dillon is Jacque's father and alpha of his own pack. Tanya is his fated mate. This story is a sort of prequel, or backstory/flashback. It tells about Dillon's two loves and the choices he made that lead to the heartbreaks they all had to face. It is one of the best prequel/backstory novels ever. It allows the reader to get closer to a character that's been around for a while. It gives the reader the chance to become deeply invested in the characters, and it gives us a better understanding of all the interaction that we've read of these characters. It was a fabulous read and I'm looking forward to reading more from this author in the future!

I really liked this book better than I thought I would. I’ve never been a big fan of Tanya, although I didn’t really dislike her either, she was just kinda there in the background. This book really helped me understand her a bit more and realizing the life she lived. Liked Penelope, loved Lisa and hated Huck and Orson’s ending. Looking forward to the next QL book.

Such an honor to be chosen to receive an ARC. I have loved every story I have read by Quinn Loftis but the Grey Wolves have my heart. While this book doesn’t have the funny and quirky tales from the girls, it is jam packed with emotions. When Quinn writes you feel what the characters are feeling, you cry and laugh with them and this book I felt the heartbreak and love that Dillon and Tanya’s story was full of. Reviews are hard without giving spoilers so I will say this if you have already read any of this series please continue reading it is well worth it, if you haven’t read it yet please read the series so you don’t spoil it by reading this one first. It is so nice to read character back stories so you can fully understand where they are coming from!

This is book 19 in the Grey Wolves Series it’s best to read them in order to fully enjoy and understand and appreciate the characters. You don’t want to miss out on this wonderful backstory of how Dillon and Tanya met. It’s full of heartache and sadness and makes you fully realize what they have been through as a couple. It made me fall in love with them and this series even more. Can’t wait for more of this wonderful series.
  • The story we’ve all been waiting on!

Have any of you wanted an inside look at how Tanya handled the news of Dillion and Lilly’s relationship? How Dillion managed to go from lone wolf to alpha of the Colorado pack? Or just want more of Quinn’s Grey Wolves, then hurry up and buy this book! Wolf Divided answers so many questions that I had from the moment I realized that in order for Jacque to be here, Dillion had to do one of the most taboo things that a Canis Lupus can do… indulge in a relationship with someone other than their true mate. I laughed, I cried, and I devoured the book in less than a day. Quinn’s writing just gets better and better with every book she writes and I’m always in awe at what she does with these characters.
